Custom Mugs

To get started, please share your idea with us and provide any references you have. Even a simple photo can be used as a starting point. We'll require your desired mug capacity and a rough height estimate.

Based on the color scheme and complexity of the design we'll quote a tooling cost and a per unit cost. The tooling cost will range between $500 and $1000. Our standard minimum order quantity is 1,000 units.

After acceptance of the quote, the tooling cost will be invoiced. Your design will be hand sculpted or 3D modeled. We'll provide up to 3 iterations during this process. This is then used to create a mold and sample. You will be provided with images of the sample for your approval.

Once we receive your confirmation, a 50% deposit will be processed and production will be scheduled.

Expect this entire process to take approximately 6-7 months. You'll receive notification when your mugs are ready to ship. At this point your remaining balance along with the calculated shipping costs will be charged.
